Got bored last night and started working on a small series. I've decided to do some art for myself (as opposed to the Christmas art I've been doing lately for others). However, be being the holiday freak I am, I felt the need to make it somewhat in tune with the season. I decided to just draw up my various characters and what they're doing over the winter season, be it working or baking or whatever.

I present the first piece of the series. Azrael, walking along some farm in the middle of nowhere after it snowed, looking upwards at the stars. Azrael's a real pensive peaceful sort, so it felt appropriate that he'd be doing something like this. I'm very proud of how he looks, especially against that odd wooden fence that tapers off.
